Many have gone on to win awards and competitions both in the United States and China.

The school has two major curriculums: Internal Gongfu and Qigong:

  • The Internal Gongfu curriculum is comprised of Tai Chi (taiji), Bagua, and Xingyi. Each is taught for health, exercise, and martial application. Students may chose classes in three styles of Tai Chi (Yang, Sun, Chen), Bagua, and Xingyi. Open hand forms, weapon forms, and push hands are included.

  • The Qigong curriculum is based on Sheng Zhen Qigong. This is a system of standing, seated, and lying qigong forms and contemplations. The three levels of this system focus on the health of the body, your emotions, and your soul/spirit.
