Grandmaster Aiping Cheng is one of the world's foremost authorites in Chinese Martial Arts (CMA). With over 40 years of training, competing, coaching, and teaching, few can match her credentials. Aiping began her training as a young girl in China. Through dedication and commitment, Aiping rose to the highest levels in the Chinese martial arts community.

In 1996 Aiping emmigrated to the United States, then opened her school in 1998 in Orange, CT. Over time, hundreds of students have benefited from her knowledge in traditional and contemporary taiji and wushu. Many have gone on to win awards and competitions both in the United States and China.

The school has two major curriculums: Internal Gongfu and External Gongfu:

  • Internal Gongfu is taught by Grandmaster Aiping Cheng. The internal arts are taught for health, exercise, and martial application. The curriculum allows students to chose classes in Tai Chi (Yang, Sun, Chen), Bagua, and Xingyi. Open hand forms, weapon forms, and push hands are included. For those seeking health and meditation, qigong classes are available.


  • External Gongfu is taught by Master Jack Guo. Master Jack was a childhood student of Aiping in China. He is a highly accomplished competitor at the world level, certified wushu judge, and skilled practitioner in martial applications from his work with the Beijing Police. The External Gongfu curriculum includes many different styles in bare hand and weapon routines. You will also learn how to apply the art through punching, grappling, throwing, kicking.
