Push hands group

Postby ChenBob » Mon Feb 09, 2009 6:25 pm

I like doing push hands with a variety of people. We once had a small push hands group with people from other schools in CT. I'd like to try to get something started again. Who's interested? We'd meet once every few weeks. All levels welcome.

I would definitely be interested in doing this again. Let me know.

hey guys... its jeff from xing yi/bagua. i would like to do some push hands. i feel like i don't get enough sensitivity training. i don't really know much about tai chi, but i do a little yang style and would like to complement it w/ some push hands. where would this be going down?

Jeff,

I'm just trying to gauge interest right now. We had a group a few years ago for a brief period and it was a lot of fun. We usually met in a public park. Sleeping Giant was chosen because one guy came down from the Waterbury area. If it is just people in our school, we might be able to keep it closer to Milford/Orange to make it convenient. We will have to wait until the weather cooperates a little more unless we can find an indoor location. I'm just thinking ahead for now but will keep everyone here in mind as this starts to gel.

I talked with two people at WTCQD and they are interested in getting together for PH. Let's see if we can get this going again.
