| 7th Annual World Tai Chi Day Saturday April 29th 2006 Grandmaster Aiping and her students had a tai chi filled day with practitioners from around the New England and theTri State areas in Central Park. Nearly 1000 tai chi players practiced together for 30 minutes with each of the over 30 schools demonstrating their individual styles. Grandmaster Aiping and her instructors gave one of the many exciting performances that afternoon. The day was topped off with a visit to New York's China Town for a dim sum lunch and shopping |

| Here is a wonderful example of what Tai Chi can do for your health........... Enjoy these pictures of John Singer, one of the Guilford seniors. He is 92 years old. Each week John comes to class with his cane, but doesn't use it for the Tai Chi. While he is doing the Tai Chi, he leaves his cane in the trash basket. It looks like he does Tai Chi and throws his cane away because he doesn't need it anymore. |
