Our current book recommendation is Taijiquan: Cultivating Inner Strength by C.P. Ong. Similar to our first book recommendation, Taijiquan: Through the Wester Gate by Rick Barrett, this book was written for Westerners to better understand tai chi. In addition to excellent insights, this book provides a comprehensive history of the origins of tai chi and the different styles and lineages that developed over time. Master C.P. Ong is a Chen style tai chi master but this book is appropriate for all stylists.
