Join us on the Milford Green on Saturday April 30, 2016 from 10am - 1pm to celebrate World Tai Chi and Qigong Day. We will be joining the local qigong and tai chi teachers for demonstrations and free workshops. Our Saturday 9am - 10 am Yang style tai chi class will be held on the Milford Green and open to the public.
