In Dungeons & Dragons, certain characters are able to have higher perception and insight, allowing them to see and know more about the world than others around them. In real life, people can also gain increased perception and insight through the study of Tai Chi. In this video Shifu Shirley explains how Tai Chi trains your body to better perceive tension and direction of force. Then take this concept from theory to practical application by practicing the movement White Crane Spreads its Wings.
We welcomed the HealthyGamer_GG community in March 2021 in our 2nd Dr. K raid. Shifu Shirley introduces the concepts of Qi, Tai Chi, Yin Yang philosophy and coining the term Stressbending. We had some wonderful conversations with the amazing Healthy Gamer community.

May is both AAPI Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month. In celebration of both, we have teamed up with Health Gamer, founded by Dr. Alok Kanojia, a Harvard trained psychiatrist and the internet's top mental health advocate. We will be hosting a charity live broadcast on Friday, May 21 from 3PM - 6PM to raise funds for the new Healthy Gamer Foundation, which will advance mental health access and awareness around the world.
