Exciting New Class Offerings

The last day of the Spring Session is Tuesday, June 26. We are on vacation from Wednesday, June 27 through Thursday, July 5. Our Summer Session begins Friday, July 6.

We are excited to announce the following new class offerings for the Summer Session:

• Chinese Health Qigong: Thursdays 9am - 10am. We are happy to bring back Chinese Health Qigong classes to our curriculum. Classes will include Ba Duan Jin (Eight Sections Brocade), Wu Qin Xi (Five Animals Play) and Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong Shi Er Fa (12-Step Daoyin Health Preservation Exercises).

• Children's Tai Chi and Qigong: Tuesdays 5pm - 5:45pm and Fridays 5pm - 5:45pm. We are excited to introduce a new children's program for children ages 5-11. The class will include meditation, Five Animals Qigong, and simple tai chi movements to help children improve focus and calm active minds and bodies.
