We are on school recess now through July 8. Hope everyone has a safe and healthy Fourth of July holiday and enjoy your recess!

Typically, the first five days of every month is the FREE ACCESS period for all of our instructional videos. However, since we are on school recess for the week, we are expanding the free access period from June 30 through July 8! TAI CHI LESSONS
  • Tai Chi Fundamentals Lessons: https://vimeo.com/showcase/7110911 These lessons focus on the fundamentals and principles of Tai Chi movements and are recommended for those new to Tai Chi and those who want to deepen their understanding of the principles. New lesson added since June.
  • Tai Chi Basic Movements: https://vimeo.com/showcase/7110930 These lessons are step-by-step instructions on the basic movements of standardized Yang Style Tai Chi. New lesson added since June.
  • Ping Gate of Life 10 Form: https://vimeo.com/showcase/7110937 These lessons teach you our school's signature Tai Chi form: Ping Gate of Life form created by Grandmaster Aiping Cheng. This form includes 10 standardized Yang Style Tai Chi movements, done once on each side. New lesson added since June.
  • 24 Form: https://vimeo.com/showcase/7110938 The Yang Style Tai Chi Simplified 24 Form is the most popular form practiced around the world. Two of Grandmaster Aiping Cheng's Tai Chi teachers: Li Tianji and Fu Zhongwen were on the 1956 committee that created the 24 Form.
  • Yang Long Form: https://vimeo.com/showcase/7110942 The Yang Long Form is a traditional form, often called the 108 Form. The form takes 20-25 minutes to complete from beginning to end. Our traditional Yang Style Tai Chi lineage is from Fu Zhongwen, Yang Chengfu's main disciple.
  • 8 Methods 5 Directions: https://vimeo.com/showcase/7110955 The Ba Fa Wu Bu form was created a few years ago focusing on the 8 energies of Tai Chi: peng, lu, ji an, cai, lie, zhou, kao and the 5 directions: forward, backwards, left, right, and center. It is a short form that can be done in small spaces.

​HEALTH QIGONG LESSONS
  • Easy 30 Minute Stress Break Lessons: https://vimeo.com/showcase/7110951 These lessons are designed for people of all abilities. Each 30 minute lesson includes 4 gentle qigong exercises and a standing meditation.
  • Eight Section Brocade: https://vimeo.com/showcase/7110944 The Ba Duan Jin qigong routine is the most popular qigong routine practiced around the world. These 8 movements include gentle stretching and strengthening and has been used in China as part of COVID treatment.
  • 12 Movements of Dao Yin Health Preservation: https://vimeo.com/showcase/7110948 The 12 Movements of Dao Yin Health Preservation is a full body qigong exercise set that incorporates acupressure massage in the routine. Also included is a seated variation of the routine.
  • Tendon Changing Exercises: https://vimeo.com/showcase/7110950 The Yi Jin Jing Qigong exercises was developed in the Shaolin Temple and takes you through powerful stretching and strengthening exercises for an intense release of tension at the end of the exercise. Yi Jin Jing is the most physically rigorous qigong routine in our curriculum.
  • Five Animals Play: https://vimeo.com/showcase/7979902 The Wu Qin Xi Qigong routine was created 2 thousand years ago by Hua Tuo, China's most famous doctor. The movements mimic five animals: tiger, deer, bear, monkey and crane. Each animal has two different movements.
