Every Friday 10AM-11PM, we hold group Tai Chi classes outdoors at a private residence in Fairfield, CT. Please email us or text us at 203-795-0203 for the address. When the weather is inclement, our classes will be held in Westport at 420 Post Road West, Suite 202, across the street from Whole Foods. Please check our Facebook page for announcements if we will hold our classes outdoors in Fairfield or indoors in Westport.
