The Ping Gate of Life (10 Form) was created by Grandmaster Aiping Cheng. The 10 Form is a simplified Yang Style Tai Chi form with 10 movements. Each movement is performed both on left and right sides, providing symmetry in form and enhancing the practice of the movements. The 10 Form is an excellent transition after learning basic movements and before learning the Simplified 24 Form. Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi 108 Form
The 108 Form is a traditional Yang style tai chi form developed by the Yang family, creators of Yang style tai chi.
